2 TBSP coconut oil
4 TBSP dried onion flakes
1 tspn salt
2 TBSP dried garlic or few cloves fresh
2 tspn mustard powder
1/3 tspn chipotle powder
2 tspn basil
2 tspn oregano
1 12 oz can tomato paste (no added sugar)
2 ½ cups water
5 TBSP apple cider vinegar
1 tspn liquid smoke
¼ tspn stevia exteact powder
1 dropper van crème liquid stevia
Sauté the dried onion in the coconut oil just for a minute, then add the rest of the ingredients, mix well. I cooked it for about 20 mns on low and stir every once in awhile. Pour into jars, cool, and refrigerate. This batch made 2 pints exactly. (I used 4 half pint jars). It has a nice sweet flavor which I like. I tweaked a recipe to my liking.
Buns
about 63 cals for a bun (top & bottom) & all protein
Was messing around with some kind of a protein bun since Im not planning on having regular white buns anymore.
This is 1/2 scoop of vanilla Jay Robb whey powder, 1 egg white, 1/2 tspn baking powder, pepper & a dash of water. I divided it in 2 & fried them in CO like pancakes. It held up super so I think once Im in P3 I will add different things to them, like seeds, flax seed, shredded chz, garlic, onion & freeze a bunch up. They are all protein & hold up better than an oopsie roll does, & no fear of the cream chz for those that dont do so well with itBerenicehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03810653442791119755noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4992660356106378424.post-41465776824618679562011-10-10T06:28:00.000-07:002011-10-10T06:28:35.672-07:00Peacn Pie Cheesecake P3/P4

1/3 Cup plus 4 TBSP water
1 ½ TBSP Unsweetened Cocoa powder (about 15 cals)
3 Packets of Sweet Leaf Stevia
½ tspn Stevia Glycerite
Dash of salt (1/2 tspn)

Put the whole wheat into a bowl, add the Stevia powder, cocoa powder, salt & stir until mixed. Then add the water & Stevia Glycerite & mix well. Place spoonfuls on a baking tray covered with parchment paper (like a healthy teaspoon full & swirl it flat like a cookie). This should make about 20.
Bake at 380 for about 20 minutes total BUT flip them half way through (they peel off the parchment paper easy, thats what gave them the rippled look) Bake longer for crispier or about 15 for chewier.
Calories for each is about 12, so have 2 of them twice a day. I figured it was ok to add cocoa to Chocolate Delight, so why not the Melba. You can add some Chocolate Flavored Capella drops if you have them...
