Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies for P3
1 stick butter
1/4 C Erythritol
2 tsp Van creme Stevia
1 egg
1 C almond flour
1/4 C protein Whey (van flav or choc)
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp van
1/2 c Cocoa
1/4 C agave nectar
1 bag sugar free choc chips
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix soft butter, add Erythritol, stevia, egg, agave nectar, & van,
Mix almond flour, whey, cocoa, & baking powder. Add to wet ing. Add choc chips, & bake for 9 mns
